THE SYSTEM FOR MONITORING VETERINARY DRUGS AND DRUGS IN RAW MILK ON THE MULTIFUNCTIONAL DEVICE
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
A multiclass method for the express diagnostics of residual amounts of veterinary drugs and medicinal substances in the raw milk Extenso was developed and validated to determine 90 types of antibiotics and toxins isolated into 17 specific groups, such as β-lactams, tetracyclines, aminoglycosides, lincosamides, macrolides, (fluoro) quinolones, sulfonamides, chloramphenicol, trimethoprim, colistin, melamine, aflatoxins, in whole milk, milk powder, whey powder and whey protein concentrate. Simple and fast sample preparation based on a multiplex test strip in combination with a device that is integrated with a powerful data server is the main advantage of the validated method. The validation of the method was carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated February 13, 2018 № 28. The method allows the detection of residues at very low concentrations.
